Köthen/Windhoek (dpa/sa) - Anhalt University of Applied Sciences and the University of Namibia want to work more closely together in research and teaching in the future. An agreement had been concluded on this, said a spokeswoman for the university on Monday in Köthen (Anhalt-Bitterfeld district). The cooperation is intended to promote academic, scientific and cultural exchange. It is also important to strengthen cooperation in the areas of photovoltaics, energy, green hydrogen and logistics.

Anhalt University of Applied Sciences offers degree programs in German and English. Among the 7,000 students are 2,500 from around 100 countries.
