Saxony-Anhalt: ATM in Möser blown up: high damage

Möser (dpa/sa) - In a bank branch in Möser (Jerichower Land), unknown persons blew up an ATM on Tuesday night and caused massive damage. Police said residents were woken up by a loud bang around 2:30 a.m. The officials then found on site that the machine was completely destroyed and the interior of the building was badly damaged. It is still unclear how the machine was blown up. The extent of the property damage incurred also needs to be investigated. Police said it was not yet clear if any money was taken.
