Saxony-Anhalt: Cattle manure pours out after an accident on the road

Arendsee (dpa/sa) - A large amount of stinking cattle manure spilled over a road in the Altmark near Arendsee after an accident. An 18-year-old had left the road on Monday with his tractor on the district road between Harpe and Leppin for previously unknown reasons and skidded, as the police announced on Tuesday. Attempts by the young man to keep the out-of-control liquid manure trailer from tipping over failed. The police estimate the damage to property at around 25,000 euros.
