Saxony-Anhalt: collision on the A36 - one seriously injured

Magdeburg/Quedlinburg (dpa/sa) - The driver of a light motorcycle was seriously injured in a collision with a car on Autobahn 36. He was taken to a hospital, the police in Magdeburg announced on Saturday. According to previous knowledge, the car of an 18-year-old drove onto the motorcycle on Friday evening between the Thale and Quedlinburg-Mitte (Harz district) connections, which was traveling in the right lane at around 80 kilometers per hour. The lane towards Bernburg (Salzlandkreis) was closed for about two hours. The vehicles were no longer drivable.
