Saxony-Anhalt: Dangerous attack on 37-year-olds in Barby

Barby (dpa/sa) - A 39-year-old is said to have attacked a 37-year-old man with a gun in Barby. The attacker attacked his victim with a tool in the Salzland district on Tuesday and accepted the possible death of the 37-year-old, the police said on Friday. However, the 37-year-old was able to escape in time and was therefore unharmed. The police later arrested the alleged perpetrator. An arrest warrant was issued against him for attempted murder. A police spokeswoman initially did not want to answer what kind of tool it was and what the motive was for the attack. The investigations are ongoing.
