However, this was suspended in the "same breath" against conditions, said a spokesman for the public prosecutor's office in Halle on Tuesday. The woman is therefore no longer in police custody, but it is assumed that the conditions mean that there is no longer a risk of escaping. She made a confession before the investigating judge.
