Magdeburg (dpa/sa) - People in Saxony-Anhalt can enjoy the sun again today. The Tuesday starts friendly with lots of sunshine, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced in the morning. According to this, dense clouds will gather in the afternoon coming from the west, but it will remain dry until the evening. The maximum temperatures are between 11 and 15 degrees Celsius, in the Harz between 8 and 10 degrees. Storm gusts of up to 80 kilometers per hour can occur on the Brocken on Tuesday.
During the night of Wednesday, rain will set in in the western parts of the country. A weak southeast wind ensures temperatures around 4 degrees. According to the DWD, many clouds and local showers are expected on Wednesday. The temperatures drop to 7 to 10 degrees, in the Harz to 3 to 7 degrees.
