Saxony-Anhalt: Judgment expected in the process of attacking a woman in Eisleben

Halle (dpa/sa) - The judgment in the trial of a possible act of jealousy will probably be spoken in the Halle district court on Monday (9.30 a.m.). A 42-year-old man allegedly attacked his wife with a kitchen knife out of "jealous motives" in June, a court spokesman said. The woman survived. If convicted of attempted murder, the man faces life imprisonment.
