Burg (dpa/sa) - After the enactment of a night-time ban on the sale of alcohol in Burg, there have been no abnormalities so far. Since the publication of the special rule at the beginning of last week, restaurants and a late-night shop have been checked, a spokesman for the city administration said on Wednesday. No violations could have been identified.
The city had banned the sale of alcohol outside the home between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. by general decree. She cited complaints about disturbances, property damage and "contamination" during the night as reasons. The order is valid until the end of October.
