Saxony-Anhalt: Regional Directorate announces labor market data for May

Halle (dpa/sa) - The regional directorate of Saxony-Anhalt-Thuringia of the Federal Employment Agency is providing information today (10 a.m.) about the situation on the labor market in Saxony-Anhalt in May. Experts assume that unemployment will continue to fall as a result of the spring revival. In April, around 75,000 people were registered as unemployed in Saxony-Anhalt in the middle of the month. The unemployment rate was 6.8 percent and had recently fallen.
