Saxony-Anhalt: Tafel receive financial support from the state

Magdeburg (dpa/sa) - The Tafel in Saxony-Anhalt receive financial support. The state wants to pay a subsidy of around 90,000 euros, as the FPD parliamentary group announced on Thursday in Magdeburg. The money should therefore be used, among other things, for a new refrigerated truck. Nationwide, Tafel facilities save food and distribute it to those in need. According to their own information, there are a total of 963 panels in Germany.
