Leipzig (dpa/sa) - The weekend in Saxony-Anhalt starts with lots of clouds, a few rain showers and significantly cooler than in the past few days. As the German weather service in Leipzig announced, it will be hazy on Friday. There will be a few showers by midday. After that it will be cloudy, but it will remain largely free of precipitation. The temperatures rise to 21 to 24 degrees, in the Harz Mountains 16 to 20 degrees.
On Saturday the sky will be partly cloudy. There is frequent showery rain east of the Mulde. New showers and brief thunderstorms keep coming from the west. The temperatures reach 22 to 24 degrees, in the Harz Mountains 16 to 22 degrees. The sun will also appear on Sunday. There are 24 to 27 degrees, in the Harz Mountains 20 to 24 degrees.
