Saxony: cars in Leipzig-Connewitz set on fire: investigations

Leipzig (dpa / sn) - In Leipzig-Connewitz, two cars went up in flames early on Sunday morning. The police are investigating on suspicion of arson, a spokeswoman said. Shortly before 5 a.m., a fire destroyed an SUV on a fenced property in the district that is considered to be an alternative left. "The vehicle was completely destroyed, the property damage is in the upper five-digit range." Almost an hour and a half later, another car burned a few streets away, causing minor property damage, the police spokeswoman said.
