Leipzig (dpa/sn) - Dense clouds and rain are expected in Saxony on Thursday. It is already cloudy and cloudy in the morning, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced. In the afternoon, rain will spread over Saxony from the west and last until the evening. The temperatures are between five and nine degrees, in the mountains between three and five degrees. Especially in northern Saxony there are repeated strong gusts of up to 50 km/h throughout the day.
Also in the night to Friday it remains unstable with local rain showers. The temperatures drop to four degrees in western Saxony and zero degrees in Upper Lusatia. According to the DWD, no change in the weather situation is expected on Friday. It's supposed to stay cool and rainy. In the afternoon, the first snowfalls can occur in some parts of the country.
