Dresden (dpa / sn) - The new week in Saxony starts heavily overcast, cloudy and with a "Bohemian wind". As reported by the German Weather Service in Leipzig, there will be thick fog with hoarfrost on Monday in the ridges of the Eastern Ore Mountains. Otherwise it stays at temperatures between four and seven degrees, in the mountains between minus one and plus four degrees, mostly without precipitation. The south-east wind is freshening up, especially in eastern Saxony. On the night of Tuesday, the temperatures drop to two to minus, in the mountains to minus three degrees. Frost is not excluded near the ground and in the western Ore Mountains it can become slippery with some fresh snow or light freezing rain.

The sky will also remain cloudy on Tuesday and Wednesday, in western Saxony it will rain at times, and there will be snow at higher altitudes. East of the Elbe it stays at two to six, in the mountains minus one to plus four degrees mostly dry.
