Leipzig (dpa/sn) - Onset of winter in Saxony: On Friday afternoon it should snow in large parts of the country. According to the German Weather Service (DWD), the morning started out cloudy with isolated rain showers. In the afternoon, this will change to snowfall, first in the mountains and later also in the northern parts of the country. The maximum temperatures, which are already reached in the morning and then quickly drop again, are eight degrees in the Vogtland district and around four degrees in East Saxony.
