Saxony: Collision through disregarded right of way: Two seriously injured

Oelsnitz (dpa/sn) - Two women were seriously injured in a collision between two cars near Oelsnitz (Vogtland) on Thursday. The 49-year-old driver ignored the right of way of an oncoming car when turning from the S311 onto the federal highway 92 in the direction of Plauen, the police said on Friday night. The two cars then crashed into each other. The driver of the turning car and her 70-year-old passenger were seriously injured. Both women were taken to a hospital. The driver of the oncoming car was unharmed.
