Schöneck/Zwickau (dpa/sn) - A drunk driver left the road in a bend in Schöneck in Vogtland and hit two tree stumps. The 39-year-old was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, the police in Zwickau said on Tuesday. The accident on Monday evening caused damage of around 20,000 euros. In the woman, 1.3 per mille was measured in a breath alcohol test. The car had to be towed. A criminal investigation has been launched against the woman.
