Saxony: Emergency call 112 failed in the districts of Bautzen and Görlitz

Bautzen/Görlitz (dpa/sn) - In the districts of Bautzen and Görlitz, the emergency call 112 failed on Tuesday morning. The emergency call has not been available since around 4 a.m., the police said on request in the morning. Several media had previously reported about it. The exact cause of the technical problem was still unclear in the morning. In emergencies, people are asked to call the police emergency number 110 instead.
