Saxony: fire on the campsite at the Koberbachtalsperre

Werdau (dpa / sn) - 15 caravans burned down on a campsite at the Koberbachtalsperre in Werdau (Zwickau district). The fire broke out early Sunday evening and spread quickly because of the wind, police said. Propane cylinders triggered several explosions. The fire brigade was on site with 100 firefighters. Three of them were slightly injured during the extinguishing work. The property damage is estimated at around 500,000 euros. Fire investigators are expected to clarify on Monday how the fire started.
