Chemnitz (dpa / sn) - During a police operation in Chemnitz, a 34-year-old pulled out a knife and threatened to injure his three-year-old daughter. He held the longer knife close to the child, the police said on Monday. With the help of other colleagues, the police officers were able to overpower and arrest the man. The child was unharmed. The child's mother had previously asked the officials for help on Sunday evening because her partner had threatened her with death. The 34-year-old was reportedly under the influence of drugs. Now the criminal police are investigating threats and illegal drug possession.
