Saxony: Regulatory Control Council examines 63 legal texts and ordinances

Dresden (dpa/sn) - Last year, the Saxon Regulatory Control Council examined 63 planned laws and regulations. The experts checked whether the legal consequences of new regulations were presented in a comprehensible way for the citizens. Among other things, they gave statements on the new building code and the transparency law, as the Ministry of Justice announced on Monday. In 2015, Saxony was the first federal state to set up a body modeled on the National Regulatory Control Council.
