Saxony: Saxony wants to honor innovative founders and companies

Dresden (dpa/sn) - The Ministry of Economics wants to reward innovative ideas in start-up concepts and in companies again in the new year with prizes and a total of up to 130,000 euros. As the ministry announced on Wednesday, the model transfer process between science and industry is to be awarded.

Interested parties can apply for the 23rd Saxon Founder's Prize, the 4th Saxon Transfer Prize and the 22nd Saxon Innovation Prize until March 8, 2023. There are further chances of winning the futureSAX audience prize and the special prize from the Saxon Chambers of Crafts. The awards are to be presented during the Saxon Innovation Conference on July 4, 2023 in Dresden.

"The competitions will show that Saxony is one of the innovation drivers in Europe, especially in these challenging times, and is helping to shape digital and green change," said Economics Minister Martin Dulig (SPD).
