Erfurt (dpa/sn) - People in Thuringia should use Friday to soak up the sun again. According to the German Weather Service, a weak intermediate high ensures a calm and sunny autumn day. Even if Friday starts foggy in Thuringia, the sun comes out around noon and it remains clear. The temperatures rise up to 17 degrees. In the mountains, a weak wind from the south-west ensures moderate temperatures between 10 and 14 degrees.
During the night to Saturday, clouds will gradually appear again. Temperatures drop to a cool 9 to 6 degrees. The weekend will bring rain back to Thuringia. According to the forecast of the German Weather Service, it should become increasingly uncomfortable on Saturday. Thick clouds are gathering from the west, bringing showers and thunderstorms with them. The temperatures are between 12 and 15 degrees with strong gusts of wind from the southwest.
