Leipzig (dpa / sn) - The first weekend of the year in Saxony is not very wintry. At times it doesn't get unfriendly at all, as the German Weather Service in Leipzig announced. On Friday, the sky will remain mostly overcast and temperatures of nine to twelve degrees Celsius will be significantly mild. It only rains occasionally. Five to nine degrees are expected in the mountains. It's supposed to be stormy on the Fichtelberg.
Cheerful sections are forecast for Saturday in particular. According to the information, there will be no precipitation at eight to eleven degrees. In the mountains it should be five to eight degrees. On Sunday there will be more clouds again at eight to eleven degrees, but it will only rain occasionally. The wind is moderate.
