Dresden (dpa/sn) - With snowfall, ice and frost, winter will be another guest performance in Saxony at the weekend. As reported by the German weather service in Leipzig, the light snowfall in western Saxony is slowly decreasing over the course of Friday. During the day, temperatures range between one and three degrees, in the mountains from minus four to zero degrees.
During the night of Saturday, light snowfall will come again from the south. And even during the day, with temperatures around zero degrees, in the mountains between minus three and zero degrees, there is now and then some snow. According to the forecast, Sunday will be cloudy, but there will be no precipitation. The temperatures will rise again to three to five degrees, in the mountains to zero to three degrees. In the mountains there is a moderate wind with some strong gusts in the ridges.
