Former soccer player and triathlete Pablo Juan Beascoechea (known as Vasco), has died suddenly at the age of 36. Beascoechea, who now worked as a sports rehabilitator at a physiotherapy clinic in Cangas, his hometown, played for various clubs in the area.
Saude Sport Cangas, where he worked, has announced the death on his social networks. "I wish we never had to write this post, but there are times when life reminds us how hard it can be, and today is one of those days," begins the post they have published on Instagram. "We have not only lost a partner, but also a friend. You leave us a very big void," he added.
In the same post, the Cangas physiotherapy clinic emphasizes that Pablo was always "with a smile" and "willing to help" in whatever was needed. "You will never leave completely because your memory will always be with us. Goodbye, Pablo", they conclude.
The former soccer player played in Third with Cruceiro do Hío and with Domaio in Preferential, according to 'La Voz de Galicia'. In recent years, moreover, he had done triathlons with the Poio Triathlon Club.
