Patricia Montero was born in Valencia 35 years ago (1988). She soon began training in performing arts, obtaining a professional title in classical and contemporary dance, and she entered the discipline of children's fitness, proclaiming herself champion of Spain and runner-up in Europe.

Almost at the same time, little Montero began her career as a model and actress. She began with appearances in toy advertisements, becoming the girl Nancy, although her first role as an interpreter was at the age of 12, in the television film Severo Ochoa. On a personal level, Patricia Montero highlights the relationship she has had for more than a decade with Álex Adrover, also a guest this week on Pasapalabra.

The acting couple fell in love in 2008, filming the series Yo soy Bea, and today they are parents of two girls, Elisa (2015) and Layla (2019).

The pandemic marked a turning point in Montero and Adrover. Confinement gave them the opportunity to write Happy and Happy: Three Stories to Learn to Love Yourself, found a faithful yoga community, Yogimi, through Instagram live streams, and devise their own brand that began with an order for 50 mats.
