It belongs to Christmas like the tree, candles and biscuits - the Czech fairy tale film "Three Nuts for Cinderella". He is almost 50 years old, "Cinderella" actress Libuše Šafránková left us in 2021. Now the fans are also worried about the film prince Pavel Trávníček.

The actor Pavel Trávníček, known from "Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella", was taken to the hospital by ambulance on Sunday evening because of breathing difficulties. The wife of the 72-year-old Czech, Monika Trávníčková, informed about this on social networks.

"Friends, have a nice Advent. Oh yes ... and think of my husband. Thanks to the rescue workers for their quick arrival, now he is in the hands of the doctors," she wrote on Facebook two days ago on a photo collage of her man and an advent wreath.

In the meantime, she thanked her husband for the great sympathy. "Thank you everyone for the nice messages of support. My husband thanks you very much. (...) We are very grateful for all the wishes and also for the wishes of Mr. President Miloš Zeman. (...) My husband sends one Greetings to everyone," she writes on a photo of herself, her husband and their son in front of a Christmas tree. "He's doing a little better," she also gives the all-clear.

The day after the admission, Trávníčková had already given an initial health update. "Thank you friends for the great support, we really appreciate it. We are unable to respond to all calls and messages at the moment ... My husband has stabilized, thanks to all paramedics," said the 37-year-olds who followers know. And she pushed afterwards: "We can't buy health, take care of yourselves!"

According to Czech media reports, Pavel Trávníček and his fourth wife have been married since the summer of 2015. This marriage produced a son, Maxmilián, who will celebrate his sixth birthday at the end of December. The actor also has two other adult sons from his previous marriages.

In the cult fairy tale film "Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella" (1973), which celebrates its 50th anniversary next year, Trávníček played the prince who, after many quarrels and misunderstandings, finally gets his Cinderella to wife. The title role was performed by Libuše Šafránková, who died in Prague last year at the age of 68.

After "Three Nuts for Cinderella", Trávníček took part in other films, including fairy tales such as "Snow White and Rose Red" (1979) or "The Third Prince" (1982). He also worked as a voice actor. The cult status he achieved with "Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella" has remained unique to date.
