The former US president blamed, without citing names, the "globalist neoconservative establishment" for provoking "perpetually endless wars" under the alibi of "fighting for freedom and democracy abroad."
Meanwhile, he said, "they make us a third world country and a third world dictatorship."
In the 3:35-minute video, titled "Preventing World War III," Trump warns that "global conflict" between nuclear powers would mean "death and destruction" and unleash "nuclear Armageddon."
For this reason, the former president, who announced last November in Florida that he will compete in the 2024 elections to return to the White House, called for an end to hostilities in Ukraine.
"Every day that this battle for power in Ukraine continues, we run the risk of a global war," he said, stressing that the goal is to "immediately achieve a total cessation of hostilities."
