Actress Simone Thomalla is not a fan of HD television. A misogynist invented it, the 57-year-old once said in an interview. "I would be in the wrong job if I wasn't vain, and I think everyone is vain," admitted Thomalla in an interview with GALA. If you then see more in front of the screen through HD than in nature, then that's just mean: "It's like standing in front of you with a magnifying glass."
In the television business you can also watch yourself getting older, and that's not that easy. "You can't please everyone: if you look too good, have you done something. If you look shit, you look shit," said moderator Sophia Thomalla's mother.
Nevertheless, according to Simone Thomalla, there are certain things that become easier with age. "You become more relaxed, you can distinguish the important from the unimportant. I'm not so off the hook anymore, that's very pleasant," said the actress. The most important thing is "that we are healthy, so we don't want to complain".
