Erfurt (dpa/th) - Whether it's a short vacation in the country or a longing for the far away - those who love to travel can get information about their vacation planning for the next few months at the Erfurt fair on the long holiday weekend. This year's "Travel and Caravan" trade fair opens there on Friday (10.30 am). Around 290 exhibitors from Germany and abroad provide information about travel options and destinations.
12 caravan brands and 41 motorhome brands with 210 vehicles are represented on 25,000 square meters of exhibition space. The fair is open up to and including Monday, Reformation Day. Last year, Thuringia's largest travel fair attracted around 17,000 people under Corona conditions.
