Because the day brings a thick cloud cover and rain into the country, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced in the morning. Accordingly, the temperatures drop to seven to eleven degrees, in the mountains to five to eight degrees.
In the night to Thursday, the precipitation slowly decreases. Thick fields of fog form in large parts of the country, with visibility of less than 150 meters. A weak southeast wind ensures temperatures of up to two degrees. According to the DWD, Thursday will also be cloudy and wet. The first precipitation is expected from Eichsfeld to the Werratal in the early morning, which will spread throughout Thuringia throughout the day. The temperatures are between seven and eleven degrees, in the mountains between four and eight degrees.
