Thuringia: drunk attacks taxi drivers

Sondershausen (dpa/th) - In Sondershausen in the Kyffhäuser district, a taxi driver was attacked by a drunk passenger. The 22-year-old passenger first threw up in the taxi on Thursday night and then spat on and attacked the driver, the police said on Thursday morning. The taxi driver then informed the police. When officers arrived, the 22-year-old had already exited the vehicle. He was found lying on the sidewalk a little later and taken to a hospital.
