Thuringia: Inflation: people with disabilities more affected?

Erfurt (dpa/th) - Many people with disabilities in Thuringia see themselves more heavily burdened by inflation than people without disabilities. This emerges from the current inclusion monitor, which was presented on Monday in Erfurt. It is based on a representative survey by the opinion research institute Insa, for which 1000 people aged 18 and over in Thuringia were interviewed by telephone or Internet between November 3rd and 14th. Overall, 46 percent of those surveyed were of the opinion that disabled people are more heavily burdened by the current inflationary crisis than people without disabilities. 40 percent saw the burden at about the same level. Of those surveyed who have a disability themselves, 60 percent said they were more affected by inflation than others.
