Thuringia: Lots of clouds and light morning frost in Thuringia

Erfurt (dpa/th) - Dense clouds and morning frost await people in Thuringia after the Christmas holidays. As reported by the German Weather Service (DWD) on Tuesday, the day starts with a light frost, which is particularly widespread at high altitudes. In the course of the day it will remain largely cloudy, with the sun only peeping through in places. The maximum temperatures are between four and seven degrees. According to the DWD, there will be local showers at night and it will cool down significantly – to temperatures between zero and two degrees.
