Suhl (dpa/th) - An unknown person threw a large stone on the windscreen of a moving bus in Suhl. The man is said to have refused to wear a face mask on the bus late Friday evening, after which the bus driver asked him to get out of the vehicle at the Martin-Andersen-Nexö-Straße stop, the police said on Sunday. Accordingly, the mask refuser is said to have waited for the return of the bus and threw a large stone on the front window of the moving bus on Rudolf-Virchow-Strasse. Nobody was injured.
The unknown perpetrator then fled on foot. The bus suffered material damage of 10,000 euros. The police are looking for the man.
