Erfurt (dpa/th) - A 30-year-old was life-threateningly injured in an act of violence in Erfurt. The circumstances of the crime, which happened on Sunday evening in an apartment in the north of the state capital, are still unclear, the police said on Monday. No further information was given with reference to the investigation.
Initially, according to the police, two men aged 29 and 32 were arrested. According to the public prosecutor, the two men are now free again because there is no urgent suspicion. Attempted manslaughter is currently being investigated.
