Erfurt (dpa/th) - There was a slight increase in employment in Thuringia in June in the energy and water supply sector. As the State Office for Statistics announced on Tuesday in Erfurt, 7473 women and men worked for the supply of electricity, gas, heat and water. That was 91 more than in the same month last year.
According to this information, 4679 were employed in the energy supply at the end of June. Compared to the same month last year, that was 68 more employees. The number of employees also increased slightly in the water supply sector. It increased by 23 to 2794.
