Thuringia: robber stole a four-digit amount and was overpowered

Bad Frankenhausen (dpa/th) - An armed gas station robber was overwhelmed and arrested on Friday night. The 42-year-old entered the gas station in Bad Frankenhausen (Kyffhäuserkreis) masked and armed with a knife, a police spokesman said on Friday. After he stole a four-figure sum of money, witnesses overpowered the apparently drugged man. The police are now investigating.
