Erfurt (dpa/th) - People in Thuringia have to be prepared for isolated thunderstorms on Tuesday evening. Heavy rain and gusts of wind are also expected, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced. The morning will initially remain slightly cloudy and dry. During the day there will be cumulus clouds, in the afternoon there will be showers. Rain and thunderstorms will continue into Wednesday night. The temperatures rise to 17 to 21 degrees, at higher altitudes to 11 to 16 degrees. The lows are between eight and four degrees.
