Erfurt (dpa/th) - Architecture enthusiasts can visit a total of 54 contemporary buildings in Thuringia at the end of June. Under the motto "Architecture builds the future", architects invite you to a large exhibition on June 25th and 26th on the occasion of Architecture Day, as the Thuringia Chamber of Architects announced on Friday in Erfurt. Since Friday, the objects have also been presented in advance of the exhibition "New Architecture in Thuringia" in Erfurt's main train station.
The buildings shown are intended to cover a wide spectrum of exciting architecture: from the imposing world of climate zones and impressive swimming pools to the adventure portal and the meeting place in rural areas built from two mirrored containers. There are also residential buildings, kindergartens, schools, commercial buildings, interiors and outdoor facilities. Visitors can plan their route for the weekend using a watch list on the website of the Chamber of Architects.
