Triathlon. Leo Bergere, who finished in Hamburg on the podium, is no longer the world number 1.

This is the first time that he has not been on the WTCS podium in a year since May. Leo Bergere fell out of the top three spots on the Hamburg stage in Germany, finishing third in Yokohama Japan (Japan), second at Leeds (Great Britain), and third in Montreal (Canada). The proposed Olympic format of 1.5 km swimming, 40km cycling, and 10 km walking, saw the Iserois defeated in the sprint in just the last hectometres. He invited himself to his first box.

Bergere was fourth at 19 seconds. He also lost the number one spot in the world, which he held since May, when he moved to Japan. The standings only count the four first results, and those from the Grand Final in November. Bergere has not improved on his positions so far (once second, three times third). Hayden Wilde (53’10) is now the winner of the day.

New Zealander Matthew Hauser was three seconds faster than Matthew Hauser, an Australian who is still imperial on foot. Nice group shot by the other French. Tom Richard is the sixth-placed training partner of Dorian Coninx, who was injured and has since been absent. Vincent Luis is 11th, Valentin Morlec 19.

The Bermuda triathlete Flora Duffy won the women's race in 58:37. She beat Beth Potter of Britain by six seconds, and Lisa Tertsch from Germany by sixteen. At 1'02, Frenchwoman is the first to finish in 16th place. Only 46th (1h02’59).

This Sunday, the weekend continues with mixed relays at 3 p.m.
