Police said that two men were in hospital while four others were taken into custody following a fight at Silverstone.
It occurred between 17:45 and 18:00 BST Friday, near the Ferris wheel at Northamptonshire's venue, which will host the Formula One British Grand Prix Sunday.
Northamptonshire Police is appealing for witnesses to the arrests of four men aged 40, 35 and 35 years old.
Officers would love to see any video from the phone of the altercation.
On Friday, an estimated 106,000 people gathered at the circuit to witness qualifying for Sunday's race.
