On Tuesday, May 31, the CGT of Drome's departmental union and 80 other unions held a mobilization in front of Drome's departmental council. The meeting was held in Valence at 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 9. Mathieu Jardin was elected secretary general of CGT of Drome's departmental union in May. He continues, "We also want to meet all candidates for the legislative election, except those of the far right to discuss the topics that challenge us, namely ecology, public services, and regional planning."
Mathieu Jardin also announced that additional mobilizations would take place starting in September at the beginning of the school year, in order to fight, in specific, against the pension reform plan.
