The maximum temperatures rise this Sunday in a good part of the Peninsula, except in the Mediterranean area, and in the Canary Islands, where they are expected to exceed 30ºC, according to the forecast of the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET).
Likewise, in the extreme north of the peninsula, cloudy or covered skies are expected with probable weak rainfall, which in areas of western Galicia will be somewhat more persistent, while in the rest they will cease, tending to remain little cloudy or with high clouds.
In the rest of the country, slightly cloudy or with high clouds, although with intervals of low morning clouds and probable fog on the Atlantic slope, mainly in the northern Meseta, Guadiana valley and in mountainous areas of the central and northwest peninsular.
In addition, the west component wind will predominate in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, strong or with strong intervals on the coast of Galicia, where A Coruña will be at risk (yellow) due to waves.
The wind will subside in general until variable loose in almost all the Peninsula and the area of the Strait. There will also be strong tramontana intervals in the Ampurdán during the morning, and trade winds in the Canary Islands.
