The American developer company of the popular video game "Fortnite" has sued the Internet company Apple, due to its rules for Apps. Epic Games blames Apple in on Thursday in a Federal court in California filed a lawsuit, to violate the competition law. The company calls for the cancellation of Apple's rules that App developers 30 percent of revenues generated through the App Store from Apple, the group will have to pay.
The lawsuit was filed on the same day that Apple removed the App from "Fortnite" from his Store. The group responded with the action that Epic Games had installed in the App's own payment system, in order to let the users of the payment through the Apple Store deal with it. Epic Games have failed with this "unfortunate step" in the Apple Store directives in force, said the group. These regulations served the purpose to keep the Store "for our users".
