Tesla wants to move its American competitors Rivian for alleged theft of trade secrets to account. In an action for unfair competition, the electric car pioneer accuses the rivals of an "alarming pattern" to the enticement of employees, to access confidential information. Rivian dismissed this on Thursday.
The accusations are baseless and contrary to Rivians company culture, Ethos and policies, it said in a statement. A court in San Francisco, opened the proceedings is also directed against four former Tesla employees, to be overflowed with sensitive data to the counterparty.
