"The Clean-Network program is the comprehensive approach of the Trump Administration for the protection of the privacy of our citizens and the most sensitive information of our company prior to the aggressive interventions of malicious actors, such as the Communist party of China (CPC)," said the American Secretary of state Mike Pompeo said in a statement.
He made it clear that Washington intends to forge in the matter of an international Alliance against the second largest economy in the world. "The United States will call on our allies and partners in government and industry around the world, the growing flood of connect, in order to protect our data against the surveillance state, the CCP and other malicious entities," said Pompeo. And he concluded: "The construction of a clean fortress to the data of our citizens is to ensure the safety and security of all our Nations."
