EU approves rail merger: Bombardier is allowed to Alstom

The French rail manufacturer Alstom may take the Zugsparte of its canadian competitor Bombardier, subject to conditions. The EU Commission approved the merger on Friday on the condition that Alstom complies with all its Commitments. Among them, the French manufacturer of the production is sold sites.
